Catching Corona

Corona is a terrible respiratory disease. Million lives and billions of dollars are at stake. Billions of dollars are being spent, wasted and crashing. We have had several diseases in the past. Despite all the conspiracy theories and now even blame games, almost all countries have caught the bug. Saudi Arabia has closed the Twa’af and flights amidst the troubles.

Our country is at a vantage point amidst Corona so it was only natural that we get a few cases here and there. Special protocols were already in place. Even WHO believes our preventative measures have been good. PSL 5 got hit the most. The availability and shortage of masks was questionable. The price of one mask is extremely high. But it is not for everyone, only the ones who think they have the virus.

Today SAARC session amidst the guise of Health Diplomacy brought India and Pakistan face to face again. Dr. Zafar raised the issue of Kashmir. Despite being in lock-down for several months, Corona has come in the valley of forgotten souls. Now as China is clearing its hospitals several countries are preparing for it.

As a Nation and under the leadership we will fight the disease. No dirty politics will be encouraged. As always PMLN goons are creating diversions. Because of Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman's correct imprisonment, the yellow journalists are busy rolling the government’s good reputation in the mud.

 I just hope that this divided Nation gears up together and fight against Corona without creating panic. We need to have strong faith and feel that Allah will protect us. I fear Allah. I don’t fear the disease. Life and death is in Allah’s hands. He knows our intentions. He knows everything and about everyone. May Allah protect us. Don’t forget that He is the best Planner.
