Pondering is a good thing. My mother used to ask me to think of what I had done the whole day before sleeping. Rarely did I practise it or apprended myself for my actions. Now I do it constantly. I think of my own standing but at the same time remember all the reasons leading up to my behaviour with others. Balancing is an art you acquire with time. It’s a constant battle with self. When I start getting angry, I can't help but be insightful! (under lock-down, its extremely easy). For the social standpoint it is necessary for maintaining balance as well.
Pakistan has too many social tiers and class systems to speak of. There are social classes within classes. Having several classes within my own family has made me aware of many things around me. Having taught at all kinds of school systems and also nomads, I got to meet all kinds of parents as well. I personally always judged a person or at least tried to based on the character and not the bank balance. Unfortunately ‘all that glitters is not gold’ is something that people can’t understand. The families who gained money through questionable means ruled our country for 30 plus years. It was only natural that they pollute the country as well. My anger for the looters and false narrative builders(journalists) continues to grow. I am sure Allah will hear my prayers and curses.
A character of man is judged not by what he has but how he reacts when he doesn’t have something. Intentions are the name of the game in this diseased world. The universe was created on the principles of balance by the Almighty. Human beings for the lust of power and greed have made a mockery out of this World. Since the dawn of time, man has been In the efforts to outdo each other. The ego-mania is the name of the game for most of the leaders of the world.
We have seen how Kashmir has been at the backburner for most of the world. The billions of dollars are still more important. Cruelty of the powerful still reigns in this world. If it had not been for our current leader Imran Khan, the people of Pakistan would have continued to suffer. He came into politics because of his philanthropic nature which he acquired after his mother’s demise from Cancer.
I started believing in him back in 2013 when he made a speech from the hospital bed. It spoke to me and I decided to digitally support him. After the rigging in elections, I lost all faith in Pakistani politics. It is after the UN speech that I joined Twitter teams for him. He has our prayers and support. Knowing that he is doing so much to reform the country and help rid it off evil, it’s the very least one can do. He decided to lead Pakistan out of trouble and now it is us Pakistanis who will do anything in our power and prayers to help him. We are the citizens of Pakistan and we are with our leader Imran Khan.
